As part of the discovery phase, my primary research included stakeholder engagement and social media outreach (such as this online quiz) on both work trends and what work means to different demographics.

The poster at left is an abridged version of a four-page session plan I presented at a business retreat in December 2016, and findings therefrom — along with online research.
