#TBT: The Final MFA Installation
For my thesis installation during the Collaborative Design program at Pacific Northwest College of Art, I created a three-dimensional version of The Elements of Work™ table on a 12-foot-wide by 8-foot-tall wall. 125 acrylic photo frames, the eye-crossing mounting of its foundational cardboard grid, and a whole lot of color printed-on-clear vinyl pulling (plus some LED lighting, and other large vinyl-on-acrylic signage).
It was... intense.
The installation ran for a month in summer 2017 as a part of the final exhibition of graduating MFA candidates at PNCA, including the Print Media and Fine Arts cohorts.
Here is the photographic proof. Thanks to everyone who came by.
